In March this year, my parents-in-law and I attended Master Lu’s Dharma convention in Rome. I hereby would like to thank my fellow cultivator at the convention who helped to translate for both my mother-in law and father-in-in-law. Later, my mother-in-law told me that she could memorise all the scriptures of her daily recitations except for the Eighty-eight Buddhas Great Repentance (Li Fo Ta Chan Hui Wen). She has been practising the Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door for half a year now.
We had a property that we rented out and my parents-in-law took care of it. However, they constantly received complaints from the tenants, who made all kinds of complaints to try to reduce the rent. My parents-in-law hoped that they would leave as soon as possible even if they were able to pay the rent on time. As a Buddhist, I know that arguing with others does not solve any problems and I understand the causality and that we are supposed to take mercy on all living beings. I then started to recite the Heart Sutra (HsinChing) and the Mantra to Untie Karmic Knots (ChiehChieh Chou) for the tenants every day and hoped that they would move out on their own initiative.
As a result, I received an email from my mother-in-law who told me that they had moved out. At the end of the email, she also said that she really appreciated the Guan Yin Bodhisattva. I assumed that she prayed in front of the Guan Yin Bodhisattva many times regarding this matter!
